The Acadia Law attorney-team has more than a decade of experience helping Native American Tribes on a range of environmental and natural resource matters.

Our attorneys have been effective in achieving effective involvement by Tribes in responsible party and EPA sites in the study and remediation of hazardous waste sites adversely impacting tribal resources and interests. We have a depth of experience in the pursuit of natural resource damage claims, on behalf of Tribal governments under the Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA) and the Oil Pollution Act (OPA).
