Acadia Law’s attorneys offer skilled mediation and arbitration services for environmental disputes. We have mediated various environmental disputes relating to, for example, injured natural resources, restoration plan development, settlement implementation, tribal matters, flood risk management, and disposal of dredged material. We have facilitated resolutions in cases involving government agencies, businesses, tribes, and private individuals, ranging from two party scenarios to cases involving hundreds of stakeholders. In addition to our attorneys’ substantive legal expertise in environmental law, our attorneys are able to rely on their scientific/technical backgrounds to understand and evaluate the often complex technical data at play in environmental disputes.
